Luigi Caccia the owner of Italdenim contacted Roger to talk about how he was producing his denim. A week after speaking with Roger the team was on a flight to get a first hand look at the production of denim from the organic bales of cotton through the creation of the threads, the dyeing process which uses Chitosan the first denim manufacturer to produce a product in this method.
